hiya-calling all romahome owmers.....
i have just bought a bedford rascal romahome..tshe is lovely ...but i have wo questions -most importantly-
.i am having a problem getting insurance
- any reccomendations?
and secondly i have no instructions as to how to put the awning together-can anyony help with that?

Why are you having problems getting insurance?
If you give us a few details, there are experts on here who will be able to advise, but without a lot more information it's impossible to offer sensible suggestions.
Get it sorted - there's still some nice weather left to enjoy the van before winter sets in.

re ins: probably because im completely green about campers particularly old ones and didnt know its a specialist area..what ive got is a 1988 bedford rascal romahome. AA quoted me on-line but put it as a pick-up, so had to cancel- they dont insure campers..another broker said he'd be in touch! ha.ha i need cover now!
as an experienced tenting camper i thought the awning wouldnt present a problem, but i was so wrong-none of the poles are methodically marked to match up and i dont really know what its supposed to look like and how it fits to the side of the camper-or is it supposed to go on the back? so im all at sea..was going to tackle that today but its raining where i am!
